Shipping Policy 

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $800 USD within the United States.

Order Processing:
- All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipping.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times: 
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within the US).
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, you can contact us to explore possibilities. 


Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility: 
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- We only accept returns for defective products or items damaged during transit.

How to Return: 
1. Contact our customer service at boutique@xelatulum.com with your order number and photos of the defective product.
2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the original packaging.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
